How we work
Six clear steps that take your uniform program from concept to completion with confidence
Every uniform program follows this proven path: understand your needs, recommend the right materials, validate through sampling, and deliver with precision. It's the structure that ensures consistent quality, whether you're ordering 100 uniforms or 5000.
Understand requirements
We start with a conversation about your organisation, uniform category, working conditions and budget. For a new programme we also advise on what tends to work and what tends to fail, drawing on 15+ years of institutional supply.
Finalise design, fabric and specifications
We recommend fabrics suited to climate and your wash frequency, then lock the design: colours, cuts, collar and trim details, logo placement, and whether branding is embroidered or printed. Nothing moves forward until the specification is agreed.
Confirm sizes and quantities
We can visit to collect measurements on site, or work from an existing size grid. Quantities are then confirmed, with a buffer agreed if necessary. Our standard minimum is 100 pieces.
Manufacture and source products
We manufacture garments ourselves and accessories such as ties, belts, badges, caps, socks, shoes and bags are either manufactured or sourced to match. Production is scheduled backwards from your delivery date, not the other way round.
Quality check
Every batch is inspected before it leaves us for its stitching strength, finishing, colour consistency across the run, sizing accuracy against the approved sample, and logo placement. Anything that does not meet the standard is reworked rather than shipped.
Deliver uniforms
We can pack individually and deliver to a single location or across multiple branches. Alteration support is available after delivery, and your specifications stay on file so repeat and replacement orders match exactly.
